A comprehensive ADHD assessment - available for children, teens and adults ages 5 and up - helps identify how attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity symptoms affect learning, behavior, and daily life. Through a combination of clinical interviews, standardized testing, and observations, we gain a thorough understanding of strengths and challenges to support accurate diagnosis and tailored intervention planning.
You’ll receive a clear, detailed report with practical recommendations for home, school, and work — including behavioral strategies, accommodations, and next steps if a diagnosis of ADHD is made.
Assessments typically include:
– Intake meeting with parents and/or client
– Individual testing sessions with standardized measures
– Scoring, interpretation, and report preparation
– Feedback meeting to review results and recommendations

Gifted Assessments
A gifted assessment - available for children, teens and adults ages 7 and up - helps uncover your child’s cognitive abilities, learning potential, and unique ways of thinking. Through a combination of cognitive and academic testing, parent interviews, and observations, we identify intellectual strengths, academic talents, and areas where support may be helpful.
You’ll receive a detailed report with clear insights and practical recommendations for home and school — including enrichment strategies, classroom accommodations, and guidance for next steps if your child qualifies for a gifted program.
Assessments typically include:
– Parent intake meeting
– Individual cognitive and academic testing sessions with your child
– Scoring, interpretation, and comprehensive report preparation
– Parent feedback meeting to review results and recommendations

You’ll receive a comprehensive report with clear findings and personalized recommendations for supports at home, school, and community settings. The assessment process helps guide next steps including therapies, accommodations, and resources tailored to the individual's unique needs.

– Multiple testing sessions with standardized autism-specific instruments

Through a combination of interviews, standardized testing, and observations, we identify learning strengths and challenges that may affect school performance or daily life.
You’ll receive a clear, detailed report with practical recommendations for home and school — including learning supports, classroom strategies, and next steps if a diagnosis such as ADHD or a learning disorder is present.
Assessments typically include:

Individual Child Counselling - 5-10yrs.

Our child counselling services are tailored to support children 5-10 yrs. in navigating various challenges and fostering healthy development. We offer personalized counselling both in-person (Calgary) or virtually. Our compassionate counsellors specialize in addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation and anger management, grief and loss, conflict resolution, social skills, self-esteem, stress management, friendship skills, building healthy relationships, perfectionism, bullying, and coping with divorce. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young individuals can explore their feelings, build resilience, and thrive.
We offer play and art-based therapy options to support children in processing feelings.
Individual Youth Counselling (10-17yrs.)
Our youth counselling services support young individuals in navigating life’s challenges and promoting healthy emotional and social development. Sessions are available both in-person (Calgary) and virtually to suit your family’s needs.
We provide compassionate support for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, anger management, grief and loss, conflict resolution, social skills, self-esteem, stress management, friendship challenges, building healthy relationships, perfectionism, bullying, and coping with divorce.
Our goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where youth can explore their feelings, build resilience, and thrive. Play and art-based therapy options are available to help children process their experiences in creative and developmentally appropriate ways.
Individual Adult Counselling- 50 minutes
Our adult counselling services are designed to support you in overcoming a variety of challenges and enhancing your overall well-being. Whether you prefer virtual sessions or in-person sessions (Calgary), we offer personalized counselling to suit your needs. Our experienced counsellors specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, grief and loss, conflict resolution, social skills, self-esteem, stress management, building healthy relationships, coping skills, and burnout. Whatever you’re facing, our dedicated team is here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to thrive.
The below sessions are 50 minutes in length, for longer sessions please see "Individual Adult Counselling-1hr 20 minutes or 1hr 50 minutes".
Quick Connect-20 minutes (Current Clients Only)
A Quick Connect session is a short, focused 20 minute counseling or check-in meeting for current clients.
It's purpose is to provide a brief opportunity for you to:
-Share Updates: briefly discuss a recent experience, feeling, or challenge.
-Receive Support: Get immediate feedback or strategies for coping.
-Set Goals: Identify short-term goals or next steps for deeper exploration in future sessions.
-Reassess Needs: Quickly evaluate any changes in your situation or mental health.
These sessions can be particularly beneficial for maintaining ongoing support, addressing immediate concerns, or enhancing engagement between longer sessions.
